- Company will never share your mobile data (Emails, SMS, Phone Contacts, Call logs, Images and Videos etc.) with any company or other entity, i.e. the mobile application will collect a mobile application user's personal tracking data between day start and day end only.
- Company does not share your information with third parties. We do not share information with any other third-party services.
- Company may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves.
- Company will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests it as per law, or if we are investigating potential fraud.
- Company may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold, we may give our customer list as part of that transaction.
- Company may share your information for reasons not described in this policy. We will tell you before we do this.
- Company does not use your personal information like employee or dealer profile.
- Company does not use your Phone Contact, Images, Videos or Message information.
- Company will never share formats, ideas or policies shared by the company with other companies.
- Company will never access your website authentication information or data without permission of the administrator.
- Features we develop based on your requirements will not be available to other companies; for that, you have to provide confirmation via email, and it will be chargeable as per feature requirements. Duration, cost and priority will be finalized by Company.
- If the same feature is requested by another company, we can provide the same with additional charges.
- If any staff of your company shares information/data/links via the website or mobile application, Company is not responsible for it.

You agree that we may contact you via voice call, text message or other electronic medium through a third-party platform. In the event that any information you have provided to Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. changes, including but not limited to your phone number, e-mail or address, you agree to promptly update your information.
Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understanding and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to its subject matter. No delay or failure by Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to exercise or enforce at any time any right or provision hereof will be considered a waiver thereof.
No single waiver will constitute a continuing or subsequent waiver. No waiver, modification or amendment of any provision hereof will be effective against Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. unless it is a signed writing by Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. You may not assign your rights or obligations hereunder (including as a change of control) without the prior written consent of Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
Subject to the foregoing, this agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of the parties. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall, to the extent permitted by law, be severed from this agreement without affecting the remainder hereof, and the parties agree to substitute a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the severed provision. The parties to this agreement are independent contractors.
Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable to you for a failure to perform any of its obligations under this agreement during any period in which such performance is delayed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All notices hereunder must be in writing and mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, or by prepaid courier service, or by facsimile with receipt confirmed by telephone, to each party’s address.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Company Terms & Conditions
Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. holds all rights to the product source code and software licensing, including the web and mobile application, and provides service to customers with custom branding such as company logo, application name and web portal name.
Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will train staff 2 times at the beginning of software setup; after that, each training will be chargeable, and the cost will be decided by Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
A Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. representative can visit your company with your permission when needed, but if you want the representative to visit, it will be chargeable.
Online support and training timings are fixed by Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. If you want training or any online support, you have to request a Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. representative at least 1 hour in advance. In case of unavailability, Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may extend or postpone the meeting time.
Product features with pricing are already defined by Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at the time of the deal; add-on or extra features are chargeable and may be shared with other users.
Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. uses third-party servers to store and access data and websites. Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not take any responsibility in case of server breakdown, though a backup system is set at the website level, which includes database (hourly backup) and images. We also take hourly scheduled database backups, which are stored in a separate place from the server for safety.
You can download backups from the Administrator panel only, for safety.
In case of server breakdown, we are responsible for restoring services from available data backups, which may take a minimum of 48 hours. During this breakdown, the website or mobile application may be down.
As we provide backup facilities, we will not store images, document files or any uploaded documents for more than 14 months; after that duration, we will delete those documents from the server to provide easy and fast access to the website and mobile application.
Real-time tracking data will be saved for a maximum of 40 days and will be auto-removed after that.
If you want to keep your images, document files and other uploaded documents on the server for more than 14 months, you have to pay a charge based on the space required, as per company rules.
If any third-party tools (SMS API, Email, Payment Gateway etc.) are integrated into the company product, Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any misbehaviour in the application.
Any version updates in the browser, computer system or mobile operating system that cause the application to stop will be resolved as soon as possible by Kant It Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Location Tracking via Mobile GPS, Smart Work with Online Order, Payment Collection, Seeds Company Production, TA/DA Bill, Activity, Tour Program, Production Planning etc. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
